Leah grew up in Washington, DC. She thinks its a swell city and misses the metro & humidity. Her favorite things as a kid were playing piano, drawing, reading, and ice cream. One time she got scarlet fever and only ate baked potatoes for three days while she hallucinated. She made it through, grew up and graduated high school.

She went to a bunch of colleges collecting credits from Carnegie Mellon, NYU Tisch (in London) a semester off in Mexico and finally ended up with a degree in Theater from Brown University.

Tired of having cold, damp feet all winter she moved to Los Angeles in 2004 and doesn't plan on leaving.

Leah loves making things. She is an expert at low budget resourcefullness, taking the saying "necessity is the mother of invention" to a new level of creative finagling.
