Leah grew up in Washington, DC. She thinks its a swell city and misses the metro & humidity. Her favorite things as a kid were playing piano, drawing, reading, and ice cream. One time she got scarlet fever and only ate baked potatoes for three days while she hallucinated. She made it through, grew up and graduated high school.

She graduated with a degree in Theater from Brown University in 2003. Tired of having cold, damp feet all winter she moved to Los Angeles and never plans on leaving.

Leah loves writing and making things. She is an expert at low budget resourcefulness, taking the saying "necessity is the mother of invention" to a new level of creative finagling.

Her time is happily divided between working on set and writing at coffee shops.
